It's located in the center of your chest and to the left. The pure Egyptian essence for the 4th Chakra is Attar of Rose, white rose. The Egyptian Attar of Rose is calming, instills optimism and is very good for your emotions and of course, the essence of love.

Place drop of Rose Essence on your heart  center, inside of wrist or even  wisp a bit through your hair before starting your meditation.  Feel into your inner guidance, you will intuitively know where to placed it.  Use just takes a tiny bit because all the Essences are so concentrated.
