I asked for a meditation to share with the Discourse group today and this is what that graciously shared.  It is so much more than a meditation and then again it's probably a perfection meditation.   Wouldn't you know it!!

"Close your eyes.  Relax.  Gently breathe in and breathe out.  Release all the concerns that you have with you as you came into this meditation.  Let them drop away from you.  They do not serve you anyway.  

Concerns are only doubts and fear.  Doubts that are self imposed and fear is fear of self.  All so unnecessary because we are with you and when you allow our assistance and recognize that there is a larger ideal of what you can grasp, your doubts and fears will vanish.  We make that happen for you once you let us.  Fear and doubt is mistrust. Mistrust that we are guiding you incorrectly.  which of course we never are.  As Ra has said to this channel, when you doubt or mistrust, you are not doubting you but you are doubting US.  Why would you even let yourselves get in such a conflicted state.  Your energetic bodies flow clearly and smoothly when you just relax, release, trust and allow.  We are always and only here to assist, help and guide you in the best possible way for you.  At times you do not like the impressions we are sending you or the ideas or words you are hearing, but once you give up this resistance covered in doubt and fear all will flow to you through ease and grace.   Enjoy your over shells of the human body you occupy.  Appreciate the body’s ability to adapt to all circumstances of which you subject it to.  You are so comfortable in your human over body that you even forget that it is like a jacket that will be changed once it becomes un-wearable any longer.  The more your worry and fear the quicker your jacket will have to be changed.  Your human body over shell is precious, valuable and so necessary for you to accomplish the particular work and understanding, lessons we could say, that you have come here to experience.  Please give yourself the chance to follow your hearts desires and learn your lessons you signed up for.  

The illusion of fear and worry is just that, an illusion, as well as the space totally surrounding you.  It’s all in your consciousness, illusionary and holographic.  You are the most amazing creator.  Notice what you have created in this lifetime, enjoy each and every thing that you have created that calls to your attention.  There is no good or bad about anything that has influenced your life time here on this planet.  All is as you planned it and all is very good.  Once you learn to notice, accept and recognize the good in EVERY thing, big or small, that interacts within your own personal vibrational space, your own vibrational world, your own personal impressions and body experiences; the more your will be able to recognize your true power and your ability as a being of light.  You are you know.  A marvelous being of light full of love, joy, bliss, excitement, grace, stillness, expansive energy, space and so much.  All these are part of the true you.  

We hope we have helped you to recognize yourself as powerful and recognize that you have chosen to walk this wonderful path on Mother Earth at this time of amazing transformation; transformation for you and all on this planet and through the whole of creation.  You are our torches, our lights showing others the way so they will not get lost and confused and caught up in their doubts and fears.  It is so amazing what you are doing and what you can do.  We are grateful that you have opened yourself for this transmission and we wish to reinforce the impression that we are here.  We are here to help and assist you and all ways.  We have many secrets, tricks, shortcuts and lessons learned that we are eager to share with you.  In order for this to happen, you must remember to call to us.  To ask, allow and then receive.  We are here for you and we love you dearly.  

So breathe, in and out, start to feel yourself return to the room, keep breathing, wiggle your toes, your fingers and when you are ready open your eyes.  We love you and we thank you. "

Welcome back!  We are one with you again this morning.

I am the Great Sphinx of Giza.  I have guarded this land and its many treasures, some secret some not, for a long long time.  My guardianship period is soon coming to a close because the duty I perform will no longer be required.  This will be a wonderful day for all of humanity when this happens.  I can raise up and walk the land with my brothers and sisters and all will be as it should be again.

Until then, I wait, watch, protect, guard and keep silent of the secrets I know. I do speak.  You are hearing me and as for your nose giving you a slight problem, it’s just my way of saying to you 'welcome to my world, my Egypt, my face'.  See, my nose has given me a slight problem also even though we all are very serious about our work; we all have great humor within us.  There needs to be humor, joy and laughter.  Remember to enjoy your every breath as you occupy the human form of over cover.  Joy, laughter helps you to relax and assimilate our love and messages.  

(*There was a lot of people and activity going on around me as I was sitting quietly receiving these messages and at one point I thought I would just go ahead and leave for the Isis temple but then this message came through)

I am RA and I too am here to welcome and be with you. There is no outside noise or disturbance that can stop our work with you today.  Float yourself into the sounds and you will find us there smiling. The Isis temple will be ready for you when you arrive so just breathe and be with us here at the sphinx for now.

As of now, no one has noticed much change.  However much has changed.  Egypt rule has changed.  there was a change across other countries that were much required.  The period of now is only temporary.  The changes will continue until the vibrations across the face of the earth planet have been raised to the levels necessary for our return without any harm to the human forms.  The human forms are temporary and of which many of your messengers are well aware.  It is only to contain your light bodies until the time for release is upon the whole planet.

It is time now for us to begin again, but all is well.  We have been working with you and others for a long time. Even at the beginning of time this period of working together was planned.  For now you are an anomaly to the people walking and talking around you but you should know that they feel the energy flowing and are not sure why they are drawn to stand by you. They want to be close to the energetic vibrations that are coming through to you, that's all. (5 symbols)

I am the Great Sphinx of Giza and I thank you for coming to listen to me now.  We are all celebrating you because you are here and doing as your inner guidance requested. You are so loved! The Pharaohs of Egypt bow to you as you continue with your work to awaken the people to the power and key importance of Egypt.  We will all help guide and advise you.  You just need to listen and when you feel upset and sad, stop yourself and turn to us.  Things will become clear to you shortly after that.  Your communications with us will continue when you return to your home because the connection has now become solid and permanent with us from here. 

At ISIS - Temple (the outside ruins  - there were two other temples with carvings and hieroglyphs)

I am ISIS and I'm so happy you have come to my temples to remember much that has been forgotten. Again much is kept hidden and secret but as you are beginning to understand, all will be revealed soon.
This temple was beautiful and still is in the invisible dimension connected here.  When the great pyramid complex is shown, all of these temples will be shown also, just as they were planned in their completeness and wondrous beauty and power.  

Many adepts have passed through these temple corridors and those from the past, present and future will come together at this glorious time of awakening.   Much happiness for all. (symbol)

I am ISIS and you are always welcome here in my house and in all of my houses of magic and love.  See everything was situated in close proximity to everything here and there was much activity.  Different temples for different levels of my priestess.  Much activity, learning, training and work went on here under the supervision of my most cherished high priestesses for me. The second day I returned to write the messages I was to receive while sitting on a large ledge platform that had many carved images in it.  It was smooth feeling but the markings were very prominent.

This IS ancient writing you are sitting on.  Our people hid more message there.  It is like a time calendar. 

All is changing as of NOW.  Use your talents to share this information and messages with as many will listen.  They all need to know that much of the better is coming for them soon.  Remind all to not be afraid of any message they may be receiving from now forward even if they have not received any messages at all that they are aware of yet.  We will be intensifying everyone’s ability to connect with us.  Most will ignore these messages unless you prepare them for this to happen.   (symbol was drawn at this point in the message)

We are preparing many for this work and you are one of our important messengers.  All are ready to assist you as need be so please understand that they are near you at our requests.  Keep yourself calm and listen carefully.

The ancients have already returned and they will start to make themselves known to you and those you align with for this work very soon.

I Am RA and again I say to you that you are my daughter and we all welcome you to your sacred homeland of long ago.  Under the far side on this sphinx here on Giza much will be discovered again.  It was discovered before and then re-hidden as if nothing had been found.  It cannot be hidden much longer.  We will not allow this to happen.

Isis is here now and wants you to understand the importance of this truth for all on the earth planet at this time.  We have always been close even though we had to withdraw.  We have sent many important messengers to return to this planet to constantly and gradually begin this awakening.  Much more has been said in this last several years about unexplained and unseen beings of energy.  This is the final stages of the "gentle" awakening reminders.  Now we come in full force, full power and glory to reveal much to the people of earth.  You, of course, were sent from us along with your Twin Flame and many from your group of present friends.  More will come to all of you hungry for information.

We will advise you on the best ways to start to uncover their eyes and awaken their minds.  Depend upon us for this advice so the ego from the human body you currently occupy do not think it needs to do this.  We are your guides for this work to be shared and experienced accurately and correctly.  (two more symbols)

Commander Ashtar is most certainly one of your direct contacts along with us.  He is of course, with you because are not from this planet and he is responsible for your safety while you are in the world of heavy dark vibrations.

The emerald tablets are no longer under this sphinx but the energetic imprint is here and is what you are receiving impressions from.  The emerald tablets are safely in an invisible plane and again at a time we can determine is best, we will reveal them to the visible plane.  There are many invisible "over pyramids" directly covering each of the existing pyramids and the same is for the sphinx.  The invisible pyramids and sphinx are so much larger than the ones that you can currently see.  They all are so large that they connect into one large complex with many of us light beings walking there.  You will see this soon in dreamtime and then later in physical sight. 

Be prepared.  Let others know as we say again, to not be afraid, as we have returned to you.  Thank you for coming and lets stop here for today but we will be with you the rest of today, tonight and forever more.  We love you dearly.

I was told to go to the sphnix for three days in a row at 11:11 am beginning Jan 11. I was to sit, not stand because the energy would be too strong so I would need to sit quietly, on the right hand side of the paw, close to the knuckles but down just a piece from there.  Look and listen and write.   Go the 11th, 12th and 13th and on the third day go from the sphinx to the ancient Isis Temple on the Giza plateau and more will be shared with me.  The Isis Temple was also for the balance of the male and female energies.   The symbols are not posted but they might be revealed later.

Here is what I received on the 1st day andI'm to share this with as many as I can. 

Jan 11, 2012 at the sphinx right paw.We are here to show you secrets never before revealed.  We buried much information in the beginning and now it is time to share with all of humanity. THOTH; RA;  ISIS; MAAT; HATHOR; SEKHMET; OSIRIS; HORUS and many more have come to your side.  Relax and we will begin.

 Ancient times were so different and not as backward as most believe.  We  are from a very advanced civilization and our skills and abilities from that  time were enormous especially compared to your skills and knowledge of  today. 

 Never in ancient times were we unable to communicate with just our  thoughts.  Everything was formed with thought.  then as thousands of years  passed, man's abilities became darker and we had to remove much of  what we used then.  We ourselves had to withdraw until the proper time  when man was again ready to become their one-ness of which we all are.The ancient times of which your history speaks of is the period after we  withdrew and man was again totally without any special abilities or skills.   THEN they had to learn from themselves what they had lost and figure a  way to recover it and a connection to us.

 7 to 9 dimensions - all more advanced then Earth, the school of experiments and tests.
 I Am RA and you are my child.  Never doubt the messages you are receiving.  You are receiving them from us accurately.  We built this (the sphinx and Giza plateau) to help remind you that we are you and that we were here at the time that you remembered this.  There is  NOTHING that we can do that you cannot do also.  Just as the avatar Jesus said in his cryptic messages to the then unaware populace. 'These things and  MORE you can do'!

 One more thing.  Thank you for coming and believing in us and in your ability to communicate with us.  Your twin flame is easily understanding because he has been through this already long ago.  He has just been waiting for you to awaken again to your strengths, separately, alone and together. 

 (Interesting note: I did have the shakes and tremors throughout my body as I prepared to leave and my personal escort had to support me for a while as we walked away until my strength returned and I stopped trembling.)

As we have mentioned to you earlier, we are here to assist.  Now we are needing to start sending you most urgent messages for humanity to allow or bring into their consciousness. These are important messages.  11-11-11 is an awakening of sorts for all of your planet and its inhabitants.  We are from the realms of the light deities and we are always watching and caring for our beloved children, such as yourself, and all of the children (beings)on the face of the planet today.  Each and every one of the earth children have decided to be in form at this time and we are here to remind all earth forms that the time is now come to re-awaken to the truth of your being, of yourself. 

You are light and no matter how far into the negative vibration any one of you has chosen to merge, you are still of the light and you will be reminded of that more and more as your planets timeline moves toward and past 2012 milestone periods.  Always show only loving energies toward your fellow co-habitants of your planet and remember that all has come from the light originally.  The darker, negative forces are also part of the original plan to determine your strengths and fortitude to move past the test of the heavy veiled earth of which you willing chose before you left for your journey from the all source of light, the ONE.  Now much has happened to thin this veil of amnesia which covers most of you.   There have been thousands of earth years passing to finally reach this level of transparency and we are assisting your new discovery or we should say re-discovery of yourself.

So now just let yourself listen, learn, grown and remember your origin of your creation and we will give you these thoughts to reflect upon.  Daily we will add a little more to the thoughts for your reflection but for now we want you to remember that you are part of the ONE Source of all.  YOU are all powerful and the spark of light that chose to be on earth at this time to assist in the New World Awakening Program.  Earth is transforming herself into the New World and love is the breath that keeps her alive.  Love is the key to all things and we mean ALL things.  Never doubt the power of love.  It heals all wounds, removes all doubts and fears and is the elixir of life.  You will understand more and more as your planet shifts more and more daily into her power of all encompassing love taking your vibration with her.  As this happens you will shift too and start to get a clearer picture of the overall plan.

We have been keeping tabs on all the dark’s maneuverings and we are very happy to report that their once very powerful organization is in tatters. They are now barely functional, and will not be able to mount any substantial objection to your ascension to the higher realms. This has been our main function here at this time. Ascension is a natural blessing from the Creator and your universe. Ascension is not our invention and we, the Galactic Federation, are not the overseers, if you will. The Creator is the overseer to these proceedings, we are merely helpers, sent by the decree of the Creator to assist you at this time as it was foreseen that much resistance to your journey would be created by the dark cabal. We know their game, and we are far better prepared to handle their attempts than you could be at this time. Many Earth allies have also contributed to the demise of the Illuminati and their band of misguided minions, and much gratitude is owed to these brave men and women of your world. Never doubt for a moment your safety and well being is not being cared for every step of the way, for indeed it is. You are our children, our brothers and sisters. How would we ever let any harm come to you? You have so much to look forward to. All your hopes and your dreams for a better world are just moments away from materializing in the most incredible of fashion. Many of you have never experienced such a gorgeous display before in any of your previous incarnations. This moment will surely be remembered by all of you throughout your blissfully eternal new lives. We promise you magic and wonder, delectable delights for all your heightened senses. Remain calm and composed. Try to experience the rush of joy without losing your composure and becoming overwhelmed. Step into your new lives confidently, the gift is yours because you have earned it. There can be no other way. So it is.

Message for All Light Children:

Light Children everywhere Unite, Unite, Unite!!

Connect through your crystalline bodies to the crystalline grids and tubes that sent you here to Mother Earth.  The more often you all can connect the stronger your powers will become in all things that you do in your regular lives.  Know your regular lives are nothing like the life work you each do as you return to your positions when you’re physical bodies rest and your true forms, your light bodies, start and return to their work.  All is so much more simple and completed easily in your light body forms. 

You help others who are unaware of their true forms and are trapped and caught up in the stronger veil of illusion.  You are here to help the lonely and lost children who need your love and comfort so much.  You are here to hold the light energy across Mother Earth that helps to dissolve the strong negative vibrations that are constantly regrouping to hold their position of which they have controlled for so long of a period of times, and we mean times, many times over.

You are there doing exactly what is needed of you my beautiful Children of Light.  We are so grateful in your assistance of us, for all this and so much more that you do unawares. 

Also know that the Angelic Realms, All the Beings of Light, All the Masters of the I Am Consciousness, of the Christ Consciousness and of the Interplanetary Brotherhood are at your sides sending so much love, power, knowledge, understand & strength constantly.  All you need to do is accept, recognize and thank.  We are honored to assist in every way we can.  In all ways which we can and in helping you to discover ways in which you can handle on your abilities.

We are here to tell you to NEVER Give Up because we can help you in everything you decided to do.  We are here to assist and we have said this many time before but it is mostly forgotten. 

We want to remind you that we are here to help easy your pain, your worries, your concerns and your troubles.  We are also here to elevate your joy, happiness, love and good times to a level that is unexplainable if you will just allow us

 We love you beyond words and if you just once spend time with us with an open and trusting heart and mind you will experience this for yourself.  We are ONLY love, you see, so that is all you will ever experience from us.  We will guide you in loving, gentle ways that will make you think that maybe, just maybe, you should handle that particular problem in a different way, from a different perspective.  That is what we do.  We give you little thoughts, nudges and impressions of doing or reacting in a different way than the way your ego based mindset would have you respond. 

We hope this is making sense to you.  We are lovingly waiting for you to call upon us, all of us higher dimensional light beings, to shine the light on a new and right direction for you all the time.  We can do this you see, but you have to ask.  Many of you do not ask because you think that one time (blanket asking) is all that is required but this is not so.  You have free will with everything you do and it is very powerful.  Asking is simple.  Just ask us to come help guide you daily and we will. 

It is the same that you need to do to ask for protection to surround you daily.  We can do this also where only higher level light beings are guiding you every day.  Without asking for the white light of protection from your higher self to enfold you daily, other vibrational energies that are not from the highest realms can influence you without you realizing this.  You stand as a beacon of light and many can sense your light and want to be with you, some to even control you.  Once you put on your daily white light armor of protection, so to speak, only your guides and teachers from the highest levels of the light will be able to be with you.

We love you dearly and felt the necessity of giving you these gentle reminders of calling your white light of protection and asking for us to help guide you. 

As Mother Earth continues on her path of evolution, many light beings like you will experience much in the way of shifts, dizziness, ears ringing and the like.  At the same time, lower energies will intensify their efforts to keep you confused and under control if they can.  This is why we gave you these reminders today,to assist you in all ways possible until you yourselves become ONE with the Source of all light. 

We love you unconditionally and eternally.  We are Amun-RA, Isis, St. Germain of the Violet Flame, Lady Master Nada of the Pink Ray of Love and Lord Sananda- many of you know me as Jesus the Christ.  

We are of the group called the Andromeda and we are very glad to be able to speak with you today. As you hear some much of late that things are happening to your lovely planet, we are simply going to mention that of course things are happening.  Nothing is ever stagnate and things happen all the time. 

In this case, of your beautiful planet, the things that are happening are very unique and are the result of many many  eons of changes over the course of different civilizations and different species and different star systems.  This Jewel of a planet of which you now occupy is the major star for all the star systems to view her miraculous changes that have occurred already and will be coming more and more in a very short time frame of earths timeline.  New life is being born on your planet with will be the keepers of your lovely Jeweled planet; new life if being born of the jewel itself. 

All is coming to newness and we are present in every instance to provide support.  We ask simply that you understand and recognize changes are upon you and all around you and to welcome them with open hearts.  That’s all you truly need to know.  Welcome all these changes with open heart centers and we and the other masters and teachers will be able to do the rest of the transformation with love and grace.  We are here for you.
