• Importance of a Meditation practice and how to make it easy even in your busy life
• How to muscle test yourself
• How to align and un-scatter yourself with a simple energy technique

Requirements: Open mind and willing attitude to learning something possibly outside your comfort zone; wear comfy clothing; set time aside for yourself without any interruptions; hold our space of unity and one-ness in love for all.

*In order to fully participate in this class, we will be using the high vibrational Egyptian Essences that are blessed by many ascended hosts. Essences purchase is not included in class pricing and are to be purchased separately. We will be working with and using 10 different mini vial essences - $100 + shipping. No worries if you have sensitivities to scents, you will most likely be fine with these pure essences. If you have concern, simply hold the vial unopened and you will get the vibrational effect and healing whether you feel it or not yourself yet.
*If you are not able to attend live, please register at least 2 weeks before class begins, so that the Egyptian Essences can be mailed to you for class.
