Spirit - Source - had other plans for me this past week and so I was not to post but to spend some time in soltude, reflection and awareness. And now today Spirit led me to really watch, listen and absobe this video and I am to share it with you today for the Visit with Spirit mesage.

As always, take what resonates with you and discard the rest leaving room for better awareness, growth, self discovery and change.
