​for 30 minutes on Zoom

I'll introduce certain moves (katas) that will be gradually built upon each week as you follow along.  You can have you camera off if you prefer during these 3 weeks. 

For the 4th or last week of the month we will have  Zoom cameras on. I can see how your doing and if you need any tweeks or help with the different moves (katas).  
  In that Zoom session, we will do that weeks moves together and I will be able to talk to you personally to help with your posture, your flow and just see how you are doing with your practice,  great Q & A. time too. 

We did the class through Zoom instead of FaceBook. 

I know many are moving away from Face Book and others just never liked it to begin with. 
​So we did it all on Zoom which was AWESOME really. 

I did post the replay in the FaceBook group and also created a private log in page on my website.  We can basically use FaceBook for comments and chatting with our friends in the group when we want.

You guys know I'm an empath, a sensentive and a channel so each week 
I may even draw a card as Spirit guides for us to focus and reflect upon that week.  

I can't hardly wait to see you there.  What a great group we have. ​
