How to Use the Pineal Gland Re-Activation
and Kings Chamber Essences
Pineal Essences: Place small amount (tiny drop) on first finger tip and gently rub with thumb. Smell it from fingertip. Apply to third eye and crown chakras. Close eyes and breathe deeply. Smell the Essence again on your fingertip. Let that set in with you for about a minute or so. Apply only once a week until you get more comfortable with the shifting and changes in energy. Then recommended to use twice a week. At times you will feel guided to place this in different areas other than or along with the third eye and crown chakras. The Pineal Gland
