I'll introduce certain moves (katas) that will be gradually built upon each week as you follow along and we will check in on the chat in the FB Group.  In the once a month Zoom session, we will do that weeks moves together and I will be able to talk to you personally to help with your posture, your flow and just see how you are doing with your practice.

I will draw a card as Spirit guides for us to focus and reflect upon that week.
